Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak shopping periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – DHL / FedEx

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $12.95 USD per order

Our standard shipping service utilizes trusted international carriers such as DHL and FedEx to provide reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.

Free Shipping – EMS

  • Delivery Time: 12–24 business days

  • Shipping Cost: Free on orders over $50 USD

Customers whose order total reaches $50 USD or more automatically qualify for free EMS shipping.

EMS provides an economical international shipping solution with tracking available throughout transit.

Shipping Destinations

B&M Store currently ships to customers worldwide, with the exception of:

  • Countries and regions within Asia

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

  • Locations where international shipping services are unavailable

If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

Packaging & Product Protection

Many of our products, including decorative accessories, vases, artificial flowers, candle holders, glass décor items, and diffusers, require careful handling during transportation.

To help ensure your order arrives safely, we use:

  • Protective cushioning materials

  • Reinforced packaging for fragile items

  • Secure wrapping for glass and decorative products

  • Quality control inspections before shipment

We take every reasonable precaution to protect your items throughout the shipping process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

B&M Store is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incomplete recipient information

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Carrier-related delays beyond our control

  • Severe weather conditions or customs inspections

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential import charges before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

When reporting damaged shipments, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Our team will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
